Features of
energy-recovery type formation system:
1)
Parallel-network Control
assures consuming recovered energy in production electric power
consumption, which achieves energy saving by decreasing the
outside electric consumption; and has no effect on outside
electric consumption.
2) System contains automatic
load-balance, and can work when the region electric network is
light loaded, that is, there is no other electric consuming
device.
3) Compared with normal type
equipment, energy-saving efficiency of this equipment can reach
50%~70% (efficiency is different if operating conditions are
different). So the additive cost can be offset in 2～3 years
(saving value of air conditioner or other heat sink device is
not calculated).
4) Other functions of
energy-recovery type equipment are the same to normal equipment,
so previous process or operation cannot be influenced.
5) Multi-grade filtering and
auto calibration assures that high-accuracy measuring and
controlling will not be affected, so efficiency and accuracy are
both achieved.
6) Three-phase input soft
switch AC/DC power supply is applied. It has high efficiency and
is good for three-phase balance of electric network in the
factory.
The
energy-saving technology has passed assessment in 2007, and will
be applied to all the systems of our company!
